The best thing to do is stockpile your stuff for now, expand your storage as much as you can. When you hit lvl 25+ and its costing 1.5k tools 3k hardwood and 3k marble for a gold mine, you'll wish you kept your resources :P

But to answer your question, I would say...
    fir wood: 5g (per 400)
    planks: 5g (per 400)
    stones: 5g (per 400)
    fish: 5g (per 400)
    tools: 10g (per 400)
    hardwood : 10g (per 400)

U can't make fixed prices, it assumes that people are not developing their economies and hence changing their needs, fx for 1 player, there will be a time at very low level, where he needs lots of marble and hwp... Then when he gets higher he will not need them, and have a lot... Then higher again he will need them again to re-organize the economy, upgrading etc.

And if by hardwood there's meant hardwood planks... Then they sell easily for 20 gold for 400... But it will depends on the time of day, sometimes higher sometimes lower...

Oh.. my point was... u need to trade to get a finger on the pulse of the prices... unless BB decides to make graphs available of accepted transactions indexed so we can see relative values as I have suggested ^_^

Not quit true, trade market depend on what poeople need, so I will give it to you littlebet more realistic in this moment

    fir wood: 2g (per 400)
    planks: 3g (per 400)
    stones: 3g (per 400)
    fish: 3g (per 400)
    tools: 25-30g (per 400)
    hardwood : 25-30g (per 400)

Don't buy gold or gold ore, looks pritty vorth but it's actually low, 2 gold ore = 1 gold, 4 gold = 1 coin.
