    Can't login - conection to the server has been lost - please refresh your browser

    After succesfull starting screen load when I get the "Change log message" The OK button wont appear and I get error - Server call failed. My internet connection was without any problems yesterday. But since yesterday I couldnt log for 2hours then I joined played till (about 00:30 GMT - today)
    I get to the initialising login queue message and it ends there. I cleared cache in each browser I tried 3 different browsers. I still cant play
    It ends with message: conection to the server has been lost after 5 mins of loading - server call failed - please refresh your browser.
    I wonder if you can finally fix these stupid problems and let the people play?

    No connection issues at all, just settlers page...

    i also cant log in since yesterday, the game load until the log que and than it says cant load the zone.

    Have you tried clearing your cache or using another browser?

    I have been able to log in today, but when it loads the game it keeps saying server connection failed after 2 minutes. I have cleared everything and have no problems with my internet connection. Please advise what is causing this.

    Might be a good idea to contact Support regarding this issue

    Kicked me out this evening....Server zone crashed...An error was detected on this zone. Please try again.
    and I have tried and tried and tried...grrr

    You'll need to wait until 2AM GMT to see if the script that gets run clears your issue, if not contact Support and they should be able to help you

    I'm off to France tomorrow, can't stay up, have mines at high levels that will collapse. Hope they sort it?
