cant log into the game!

Hello,

i played since friday and now when i try to login i get this as a screen (see attachment)


It wont go any further than this.. i even tried it on another browser (on chrome as well as internet explorer and i get the same thing!)


really want to continue playing this awesome game...

I have the identical problem (http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/14844-Initialising-Login-Queue).
Try using another pc, that worked for me, I'v yet to figure out what is the problem ..

Ps. Removing cashe didn't work for me..

removing cache did work for me btw up.. dont know why tho.

Seems it could be server side.

Initially I thought it was browser based on the tests I did, but now hearing that some computers work and others don't, makes one wonder who's side it could be down to.

When facing a problem remember to remove cache and cookies and check if you have the latest flash version installed.

If that does not work, send a ticket to the support team.
