beta request response times?

I'm wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to get your beta key after "clicking" send beta key?

It shouldn't take long, normally a couple of minutes. If you don't get a key after several hours, just send a ticket to BB_Ian on the support team: he should be able to help you find a solution.

I sent for a key... I've recieved an email.... not sure if I'm being blind and dumb.... but can't see any key in the email. just "welcome to settlers online"

If I remember correctly, you click the mail you have, then click sign-up and your BETA key will automatically be set in place.

I don't think you get the code in your mail.

No idea why some people haven't got their mails though.
