Trading problem - payed, but not delivered

I sent a trade request to a trade from the list (pay 60 bronze swords for 100 copper ore) and got the trade accepted e-mail. Then my 60 swords were gone, but I still haven't received the 100 copper ore.
Tried logging in again, but that didn't help. Very expensive trade.

Anyone?

Also tried clearing the browser cache and relog, didn't help.

Hi there, it can sometimes take a long time for the resources to arrive. if it still does not come, send a message to the support team. I'm sure BB_Ian will be able to help you out.
