Its my 7th day to log on, in a row after having to start from scratch again, and I can't log on to the game again.... I really don't feel like starting all over again, what is going on???

I assume with *starting all over again* you mean the daily login bonus? You had a compensation from the other problems so i do not see any problems with that. And there is nothing that says atm that you lose your login bonus.
