Chat box bug

My chat box only works for about 30-60 seconds when i log in before it says no chat available and all I am left with is the News tab all the rest have gone.If I go back out of game and back in it works again for the same amount of time and then disapears again.

I am having this problem today as well... This means I also can not trade and complete the daily quest - have reloaded about 5 times and no luck!

mine too has gone a few times but logging off/on fixed it. At the moment it isn't working and i have no chat/trade box :(

update the flash player ....

id got with sayunu and check possible FW or flashplayer settings which may or may not allow certain traffic to pass through :-)

I have latest Flash player
It don't matter how many times I refresh or reload page Chat box works ok up to 1 min then says not available.If I am quick enough I can get the trade box up and even when rest have gone trade still works.

Try using google chrome.
If you already use google chrome, just create a new profile for the game: http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=179236
Play only in the profile you created for the game

When you have problems:
-Cleans the cache
-Check the zoom: 100%
-Deletes incompatible plugins: Type in the address bar: about:plugins
-Check java and flash
