Provision house, build toolbelts

I have tryed twice to buid three tollbelts in the Provision house. After production I can't find them in the star menu, so I think there is a failore somewhere. Please help me to understand.

I am having the same problem. I am sure I completed this quest, "santas little helper" but it has reapeared even though I also have the "trade mulled wine" quest.If I now build more and transfere them to the mayors house they are listed as tools and not belts and I can not complete the quest

toolbelts change into tools/hammers when created, you need to move those hammers onto your mayorhouse and the quest is complete.

as for delwell, you need to complete the active quest first before you are able to do the other one.

I've tried that twice but the quest doesn't update at all for me. No indication when I've built the three toolbelts, and no indication when I've put them in to my mayors house either. Tried to log out/in in between... nothing.
