is there a way to reset your account like start over

Good question, i haven't seen it yet so i do not think it's possible.

yes i thit sumting wrong and i dont want to start a hole new account so i hope i can reset me account

this is a pretty common question ingame, and so far the answer seems to be no.
Not possible. if you want to redo you town, you have to demolish your buildings and continue from there.
But maybe someone else knows :)

and try that i just buils everting to far a way and not looking nice ;-)

As far as I am aware you cannot have a reset but they will delete the account and you restart again

It is only 10 minutes since you sent mail ;)

and if you are forced to remove buildings and replace, don't remove all at once, do it over a longer period.
since you only get 10-25% back of the resources.
