No chat/trade menu

From time to time (after login) my trade/chat menu is not there. I use google Chrome.

thats most of the time fixed by relogging :)

it is known by the devs tho but most of the problems i had when logging were related to me not watching the screen of the game when it is logging in (alt tabbing or going to another tab in my browser)

sometimes it is related to you anti virus or your firewall not passing the information fast enough for the game to see them.

When that happens to me I log out not just from the game,but from the main screen as well.kill the browser and reopen it and resign in

My Chat and trade have disappeared completely, and even after 2 days worth of logging in/out attempts, it will not come back?

I had that to but it was solved after restarting my computer

Hi,

I had this problem and when i logged out/logged in it didn't work. I think you need to watch the screen log in to the game and not tab out and look at other web pages. this might just be a coincidence but it works for me,
