Also noticed bug: when new building start to build percentage is not set to 0% (but some random number like 12395%) until settler start to build it. Earlier there was no this bug.

I got this today, Not sure if there is a syncing problem between the server and the client, I was destroying residences and building the noble residences, and building other buildings, sometimes everything was greyed out saying out of licences when I had 2 and I did fall into negative. Only noticed when I do a mass move around.
