till yesterday, i always got this Maintenance page whenever i try to play this game.

But my friend sit next to me still can play normally. So i wonder why this happen to me ? Did something happened to my account so that this problem appear ? I did try to log in game yesterday while it maintain and get this page. But now for sure there no maintain so why ? Any1 have any suggestion for it ?

already delete cache, browser, restart computer but nothing change. just submit a ticket. wonder how long it take to get a respond

I have the same problem. I thought it was still maintenance..

this problem still appear for my computer ( not other ) . i did submit a ticket but they reply said that my browser and flash player not up to date . but my browser is firefox 7 and flash already version 11 . so that not the problem i think . any1 have any suggestion for me about this problem ?

Try using chrome instead of FF.

FF, chrome, IE, safari . I tried all these browser but still the same . My friend computer got this kind of problem with IE too but still fine with his FF browser .
Really wonder what cause for this problem . And why did it redirect to maintain page but not some kind of error page . It confusing us new player .

i see theres "Die Siedler Online" ontop, might be why it doesnt work for you! you checked if you are at the right game?? (UK one and not the german one?)

cleared browser cache yet? updated your flash to the latest version? updated your browsers to latest version?

they didn't even read all my post .

The MODs HAVE read your message as so have I.

They gave you all the right answers and tried to help you... The least you could do is thank them for you help...

If you're still having this problem even after trying what the MODs told you to do, then contact support as we will not be able to give you a specific solution here.
