unemploed settlers

hi,
i have 2 buildings that need making and 74 unemployed settlers how do i employ more settlers to build my farm and fields

Hey,

Your unemployed settlers aren't used for building.
Those settlers are used for operating a building (1 settler for example a woodcutter) and for building armies.

You can build unregardless of the amount of settlers, but here do building licenses matter.

You need 1 settler to operate each building, unemployed settlers will sit around doing nothing until you build a new building or start training soldiers for you army.

If u have 0 unemployed settlers, you wont be able to operate any new building you might build.
