Game did not go active - Hatafat - bug #1

Hi,

I'm a newbee in settlers online.
got aquianted yesterday and loged in today for second time.

when I loged in the game initialized, showed all my structures and even gave me the 'bonus' mail for the second consecutive login.
when I clicked that mail away and clicked away my quest completed 'sign', I got a new quest, could read this quest.
I could even close the information on the new quest, yet the only thing I could not do is get into the game.
all characters on the background are still doing the things they should automaticly do, but I can't get any control over the game what soever.

when openening a second tab and connecting to the page www.settlersonling/en/play I just got connected to the game again and the other tab is still not working at this moment.

Just mentioning this for the sake of research. Got my own workaround.

Hi,

First of all check you have the correct URL (the one you gave finishes with "onling" and not "online"). Also, by typing "play" at the end you'll automatically be sent to the game. Try a simple www.thesettlersonline.com.

Hi BB_Azariel,

I started at the official starting page. I logged in and then pushed the button play now.
then the problem as described came up.

The fact that the URL in the first post contains a 'g' instead of an 'e' is just a type error.
I did not copy the URL but typed it.
