not able to access the game

hi there every time i try to log into the game i get a pop up box with "click OK to refresh" faintly in the background i can see in the top left 2 boxes showing "server call failed"

i did manage to get into the game once but this error occoured when i open my mail box to claim my explorers findings and i have had this problem since

i am using firefox 9.0.1 (something something) fully updated and no problems till today:confused:

Try to clear your Cookies, and cache from web browser.

yep that was the prob i feel such a noob should have tried that first

i cleared them last night so did not think to try it today

Should be information about that when you press play. Sure people "should" read on the front page but still, it gives a sloppy impression. Its simply having a different error message when the server is offline.

This is the website you are directed to when it is undergoing maintenance: http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/maintenance (Notice the "/maintenance")
It then asks you to visit the hot linked url to the homepage, where the first piece of information you get is: 8.01.2012 Maintenance Thursday 18/01/2012 and Fan Art Event.

The server is scheduled to go down each Thursday between 8am-12 noon GMT
