Friends not showing as online when they are

Its just happened today where one of my friends online doesnt show as online but he is cause weve been chatting, tried loggin out and in again but still the same?

Try to clear your cookie and cache from web browser,

On Northisle its the Guild members not showing up as online.
However the friends are showing up still

Got the same problem. Clearing cache/cookies does not help.

This is a known issue where guild members do not show up online. At this moment you can only see Friends online/offline
