Can only que 1 building at a time

everytime i try to que more then 1 building they just disappear. i have plenty of builfinf licences.
i've try clearing the cache, and other settings didn't work.
switched from firefox to chrome, still didn't work, then tried internet explorer still wont let me que more then 1 at a time.

any suggestion on how to fix this?

well its fixed, the electricity went out and thus computer restarted and now all works fine.

you would think changing browser, clearing cache would have been enough.
