Buildings that dont use lisences

yesterday i heard from a guildmate that wells and wheatfields dont use lisences is that true? and also are there any other buildings that dont use lisences as well?

yep .. :) those two buildings don't use licenses ... but they still need 1 settler each.

any buildings that you buy with gems from the trader (like noble houses and watermills) don't use licenses as well

Wheatfields don't need a Settler. Wells do.
