400 coal lost after trade expired (didn't come back) + aunt irma's basket

Hello.

I just lost 400 coal, after putting up a trade offer for it. The reserved coal didn't return after the trade expired. Also around the same time, one aunt irma's gift basket was completed, but it didn't appear in the star menu.. :<

I asked in help, and I was adviced to refresh and relog. These operations didn't help. Then I was asked to ticket a support.. or so. Is this the right place ?

try clearing your cache then reloading the game.. sorry thats the only help i can offer
