What do to if you've signed up for the wrong server/island?

was not sure where to put this...

There's quite a few instances where people have signed up, but ended on a different 'server'/'world' to their friends - so (understandably) they want to swap.

Could someone from the developers side, explain how to go about this...

If there is a solution on the forums, and I've not seen it, I apologise.

I gess all You can do, is send a ticket to support, maybe they will let You startover on other world.

You can send ticket by rolling up menu which is below Your avatar in game (top left) and then choising "Support", then put Your problem and send it to support and wait for response.

The exact problem i have. I sent a support ticket to have my account deleted, but I'm still waiting for an answer...
