No Response From Support

Hello... i recently sent tickets through the Support function and am yet to get a response despite being told the promlem would be delt with as quickly as possible... this has sevearly hindered my game experiance as now i am effectively playing this online game alone without the aid of the trade function... apologies for havting to post this... but i am unaware of how else to get any attention to help with this problem...

i have been permantly banned from the chat channel because of a moderator that took a dislike to me... i think it was unfair and unjust... i am currently playing the game alone... hindering my advancement due to the fact i cannot make friends to buff me... and cant use the trade channel to swap goods for others... it is getting increasingly frustraiting... and it has actually been a week now since i made a ticket...
