Missing:Fir tree

this is my problem.
there are two fir wood cutters tell me there's no fir tree, but we can see there are many fir next to these two cutter.
what should i do to avoid this problem?

try refreshing (maintenance on at the moment though) ... and if the problem is still there contact support ... i think there might be another thread about this so you should search for that and see if they were able to fix it
