My trade and chat window sees to have disappeared

I know I did not break any rules< i am always poltie to others, is this is game issue or what?

I am always very polite to others, I was in trade chat and I was spoken very rudely to, so I left, i did come back to the chat and people weren;t so rude anymore, however, the next time I logged back in I cannot see the trade or chat window...

Please help or explain, as I know I am never a bad person

refresh ur page might take a few times i get this alot sometimes no tabs are there for whisper news or anything a couple refreshes usually fixs it
