Okay after contacting a Developer he asked for the picture to the support guys on the forum so after looking if someone reported it the first few pages I could't find it so here's my report of this bug
Okay I'm loving roads so much that I make a entire building grid of them to plan forward for my contruction plans but I encountered a problem were roads that was previsely build just disappear when I reconnect and that's just annoying but it isn't the problem
Here's the problem

If you notice it there are a area where the roads stops and can't be created even though it understands theres more roads in the build (flat road texture instead of round end texture)
I Don't know why it happens other than the area just places it's texture over the roads (like some dirt textures does around the map)
please fix this problem at some point
heres some extra editing if it's too hard to see the problem or if you wish to recreate the road layout to recreate the bug if it doesn't happen for you

I used both Firefox and Opera when I play Settlers Online and the problem happens for both browsers
