I bought this when i was like level 10 or something. No-where in the description does it say the word "temporary" - I want my sparkle back!
Thats false advertising, unless they changed it now! But at the time it didnt say so.
I never noticed any other effect though, so it may have been improving the settler arrival speed, but thats still slow compared to using bread in the prov house.
