Same here... keep getting 'connection failed'.. No messages on homepage and/or forum so far...

I can connect but have not been able to trade, see chat or contact friends....and yes i sent a message into support yesterday. As a paying customer I want to make it crystal clear that this is not good enough...if you can't provide the service don't charge for it.

This downtime come very unexpected because I am in dutch time. There must by viewable that the game was going down in 10 min for example (ingame). Maybe it was but I haven't see it. I clicked most stuff. But oh well in 4 hours I can play again.

It's very frustrating to be locked out of a game for three days with no explanation given. However now an explanation HAS been given... perhaps because people take the trouble to complain here. So it sounds like YOU'VE been a bad boy and made a wrong assumption... ever tried sky-diving?
