2 quick question :confused:

1. does it use op a lisence
2. if u break it down is it gone or does it go back into your star menu?

Noble residence bought with gems do not use a licence.

Generally speaking, all buildings bought with gems can be knocked down and put back into the star menu for use again. Note, you do lose any upgrades on the building.
