Lost buildings on queue and building licenses

I have definitely just seen something buggy happen. I had two building licenses left, and I decided to build two masons. I put one mason on the building queue, and the little placement square appeared on the map. Then I tried to put a second mason on the queue. A message popped up saying something like "undefined text". The queue disappeared, along with the placement square on the map. I logged out and in again, as this often seems to fix problems. But after I did so, I still had no building queue and my licences had been reduced to zero.

While I'm here I'd just like to mention another point. Quite often it's impossible to put a third item on the queue. After two have been added, all the buildings on the menu are greyed out.

I forgot to mention that clearing my cache and restarting my browser did not solve the problem. I am still without the two building licenses which I previously had. I'm slightly nervous about beating the next bandit leader, in case more licenses vanish. I don't suppose there's any chance of getting my lost licences back...? :)

just count your buildings and you'll see that you are not missing any license ..

How do you know that I'm not missing any licences? If you're correct about that, there was a bug beforehand, because the resource bar showed that I had 2 licenses left, before I started trying to build those two masons.

i know it cause i am playing settlers for 1.5 ywars and i am supporting since then ..

just try to count your building :) and you will see that i am right

I'm sorry, but that's not really an answer. In my opening post I described an event which clearly showed a bug in the program. The two licenses which were displayed as available had been previously displayed for several days, because they were added after the last area I cleared. And then they suddenly disappeared immediately after what looked like a runtime error. Can you explain why there was a sudden reduction in the number of licenses displayed?

sometimes there is a sync error shown in a display error, when the game and the client don't run in sync. Then when your try to build anything, the client aska for the licenses at the server, and if the answer is "You don't have any more left" the buildings dissapear and it looks like if you are loosing licenses, but it isn't

Well, I've just counted my buildings and I've proved that I'm correct. I have 120 buildings. I previously bought two Noble Residences using the blue gems, therefore I should not have a number of buildings divisible by 10, with zero licenses left.

When you have 3 remaining licences, you can only build 2 buildings using the queue system, you have to wait for both those buildings to clear from the build queue before you can use your last licence. This is the same for 2 licences left, you'll be able to only build 1 building at a time, and not queue 2 buildings with only 2 licences.
this is a known problem, with regards to your licence going missing I am not sure what has happen, you may be better logging a support ticket and get them to investigate.

I have lost the ability to queue up 3 building in the game. I can only have 2 now for some reason.
