"Use on mayor's house.."

Hello,

Today I received a gift for having logged in for the second day in a row. The gift was 40 or 50 tools.
I clicked accept in the mail but I've not received the tools.

Did I do something wrong or do I have to do something more to get them?

And what does "Use on mayor's house..." mean, are you suppose to like drag them to the mayor's house or something?

they are in your starmenu now, you can use them by choosing them in the starmenu and then click on your mayorhouse :)
