I had a coal mine set up in the northwest and instantly upgraded to lvl3 and started buffing the building unfortunately no settler ever occupied that building although I had 10 free settlers.
To waste no more time and as I had the geologist searching for coal I destroyed this mine what obviously was kind of annoying. Then on top of that the geologist does not complete his search for coal. The clock just starts over again. As a result everything is disrupted as I can`t look for new mines and deposits.
