Cant construct Barract after I Teared it down

Hello, I just bought a starter pack to build the Barrack, I misplaced it, teared it down, but I didn't receive the full material output even though they didn't start building it, and now I can't construct it again.

So a helping hand in-game ASAP would be much appreciated :)

I just logged off and back on, now I can construct it again. But I'm still missing more than half of the materials I spend on it in the first place.. I'm still 100% sure they did not start constructing it, since I immediately set it to be Teared down.

Is it possible for me to retrieve these lost materials which I just paid for?

in the game you don't get the full amount of materials back after you destroy something... its not a bug
