Building queue bug: can be used for quick building (cheat)

I found the following behaviour that allows quick building, which I believe to be a bug.


Put three buildings in the building queue
Wait until #1 is almost finished (98-99%)
Bump the bottom building to second place (arrow up button), an event which is delayed so the queue remains unchanged
#1 is finished, #2 becomes number #1 and starts building, #3 becomes #2
Enter the bump event: #2 becomes #1 and starts building as well: both buildings are built at the same time


Given enough resources, you could build your towns much faster than opponents not aware of this 'feature'...

When i tried this the interface did show both building, but only 1 was ever completed, the other stayed at 100% and didn't levae the que. i had to reload the webpage, and after that i saw the second building still being build.

Playing around with the priority buttons in the queue often results in this behavior:
