Missing Xp On Tutorial

Having followed the tutorial stage by stage ive got to the quest where i have to build a tavern, however a tavern requires level 15, and the tutorial has only took me to level 14, with no general to attack with how do i get to level 15?

I have a similar issue the level below - My quest is to build a bronze metalsmith but I am 100 XP below level 14!

could be lag.. clear cache and then refresh ... if that doesn't work send a ticket to support

It is a commun lag related bug. The lvl doesnt update so you can not continue on your tutorial.
99% of the time a simple relog will fix this. If that wont help then clear cache (as Marlock suggests). If still no succes--> support ticket.
