Upgrading Farm Level 2

I started upgrading one of my farms to level 2 yesterday, and although it says it should only take one hour, here I am the next day(!) and it's only 75% done. Is this normal, or is something wrong. I had enough resources to build it.

Try loading the game in an other browser, if it's the same there the error is server side.
If it's not the same however you need to clear the cache of your preferred browser.
