game help mistake / error

i found in game help /faq an error:

on "how can i found a guild" you will find that you need Office Branch building for that.

Plese replace it with the real one.

I don't see the "mistake"... It's true that you need a Branch Office... Or do you mean that the spelling is incorrect?

actually you need a guild house, a branch office is for trading

Only thing you can do is wait patiently for customer support to get online again. Posting in nonrelated topics will not help you.
(More likely it will work against you.)
