Hello,

Your servers were unavailable yesterday and I was not able to log in. I have a life and need to go to bed sooner or later and cannot beat on the server door forever. As a result, I lost my bonus for logging in for the week....I might lose sleep.

Also, I have an outstanding issue that is already in the forums where I surprisingly have no response to. I promise you I am not red-headed.

well, i replied to the "outstanding issue" of yours, so now there is a response :)
I know we all have suffered from the login / lagg issue recently, but they are addressing it tomorrow morning.
