error 310 net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I can't open my account from any computer. I tryied all browser, clear all cache and reset modem. but the game give error 310 net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS to me. what can i do ?
p.s : before this problem, I deleted my facebook the settlersonline app.
please help me.

Stop your download before you connect to the game.
either you behind the proxy, or your ISP is using proxy
