DISCONECTED 3 times in the last 45min

After that so called big update, i am getting disconnected way to many times then before.

today ive been on for 45min and already kicked off the server 3 times!

anything i can do to fix?

got disconnected again twice today sofar,
I am sure its not the internet connection.
