help all was well im at level 17... now all i get is a grey screen when login in??? ive updated flash player ect but even when i type in straight from web i get the play now button and it alows me to login but next screen is just grey

what browser you use?
for example: Chrome base browser don't required Flash player because it's already built in, if you use this chrome based browser, you could try to update your browser too. (Chrome based browser: Comodo Dragon, Iron Software, Google Chrome, and I believe there's more)
for Firefox 10, try downgrade to previous version of flash player and try to avoid beta release.
for Opera & Safari, Both have problems with some texture in-game.
for IE, I never use this browser for almost 10 years.

PS: I'm using Firefox 3.6.26, and already test all above to play this game.
and if any advice didn't work, you probably have really bad luck.

Internet Explorer should be seen as the minimum requirements for using the internet. Many companies have expanded the idea and produced much better browsers.
