Not able to use the Branch Office

I've just recently build mine and it doesnt do anything... It still says coming soon while people on the chat are saying that they are willing to trade stuff? Also, I've been chat banned for no apparent reason for 1440 minutes, could this have anything to do with the fact that my branch office is totally useless atm? Should i just wait it out till tomorrow when my ban is gone and then try?

tl;dr, build branch office, got chat banned so how do i get it to work?

Ok i didnt know it was on the chat tab. i cant help the admins for not understanding the definition of sarcasm to other players -_-'
maybe they should hire some better staff so we can avoid these little accidents. maybe also some that dont get so butthurt and remain neutral..

just be careful with what you want to say and you'll be fine, because what you type in global chat can be seen by everyone.

and believe me, in here community is FAR BETTER compared to US server because mod is always watching & manage global chat.
and you actually have to thanks to them because if it's not, you might even get worse punishment because other player add you in their IGNORE list
so when u trade something, person who's ignoring you won't seen what you type.

Moderators are not hired staff. They are there to moderate the chat in accordance with the rules. YOU violate those rules and the Moderators will take action to slow you down. Sarcasm does not transmit well over written text.

Don't blame the moderators for your inability to follow the rules
