Next Offer Available in... 3 weeks?

After the UPlay being down and all that, I logued into the game, and when I tried to add an offer to the market, surprise!!, 3 weeks of cooldown??

I've can send offers to friends and can get offers from them, and also buy on the market, but not add my own offers.

I'm not sure why, but it just disappeared. Now I can trade again. Thx if someone fixed it ^^

Mmmmmmm, when the offer expired, the delay time appeared again, 17h 18h on the clock.
