Can't get to level 3 !!!

I started this game on friday evening, and after doing the first 2 quests, I couldn't do the third, setting a forester.
No, I'm not a un-intelligent person, but the game didn't level me to 3 after finishing the second tutorial quest.
I also noticed one of my guildmates is always visting me, and tho he said he's not.

Oh yeah, cleared the cache and relogged several times since friday.

Also emailed support, but as of yet no reply (monday evening).

So, anyone has any idea what to do to fix this?

Hi,

You should get an answer from support today or tomorrow at the latest. You've got a well known bug and I must congratulate you for doing everything right (clearing cache and all). This normally works for most bugs, but unfortunately, for your's, you need to wait for support to get back to you.

During the week-end, the people from support don't work and receive a lot of messages they have to deal with on Monday and Tuesday.... So please be patient as I'm sure you'll get an answer soon :)

Thanks for your reply, altho I'm starting to give up on this game. It's now thursday (granted, very early) but still no reply from support...
Knowing people pay for gems to play this game, should indicate better service (even tho I'm not a paying player) even if it's "only" Beta yet.

But I guess I'll just have to wait it out, and maybe I'm lucky and can get to play before the weekend? ;)
