These both need to be moved into the resources tab, as being under architect implicitly implies they are building deeds like the noble house that can be moved and re-used without problems.

I guess they are just like the Packet Wheatfields and Artesian Wells you can build normally (when you are high lvl enough), basically just a field with more initial wheat, and same goes for well

Does anyone know what level you need to be to use these deeds? Don't want to purchase now (at level 27) and not be able to use for ages.

You can use these at lvl 1.

But it is a waste of gems, as they deplete and dissapear. You can manage fine with normally build fields.

Check out the Watermill for a bottomless water supply, those wont run out and you can take them to level 5

The 'Bottomless' Well holds 3k Water and the Artesian Well in the Merchant holds 6k.

The bugged Artesian Well from BB is, well, bugged.
