TIP: teardown mines before depletion

I am not sure if this is mentioned before, but I didn't come across while reading this forum :)

When you tear down a building you get some resources back (I think it's 25% ?) But the interesting part is that it doesn't seem to matter how much remains in the deposit. So when you tear down a coalmine just before depletion you still get 50 HW 50M & 37T back! (the same as a mine you just build)

That's 1 mine for free on every 4 mines! Just keep a good eye on the remaining amount and bomb the mine just before it reaches zero.

That may be good for early stages of the game but as you get to level 26 and above I don't think it matters. But a good tip :D

I am level 29 now and you are right: 50 hw, 50 m, 37 tools... doesn't mean anything anymore. I wonder if this once will go for the gold ore/bars/coins as wel.

I've been using this method for like 4 weeks now. I get to tear down Wheatfields, Wells and Mines that are between 0 - 25% deposit to get some resources back. If you use often it's somewhat beneficial long-term.
