No answer on support ticket?

First of all Thanks for a really good game, it take up too much of my time nowadays. :D

I sent a support ticket 10 days ago (Ticket#UK-2012031911000256)
But I still haven't heard a thing about it.

If it possible to do a refund i will appreciate it.
