Buffs not lasting

I have recently made buffs which should last 30 mins, 2 hours and 6 hours, they actually lasted 10 mins 35mins and 1 hour. I thought this had been happening for a while so I Timed the last ones I had made. what is the point of collecting resources to make buffs when they don't work as long as they should pls sort out the BUG,!!! and replace my buffs 2 6 hour buffs 2 2 hour buffs and 1 30 min buff at least that dose not take into account all the past buffs made and resources lost but its a start,,, Spoiled a good game.... was considering buying the box, but there is no chance till the BUGS are sorted

Maybe it is supposed to be that way?:( Just another scam, ubisoft thinks people won't notice that they have exaggerated the times buffs last.. I haven't counted the times.. Maybe I should begin counting then.. At this point of the game I find it is not so enjoyable if you don't spend a lots of money. Training troops is very time consuming without gems, takes hours and hours and you must buy building licenses all the time, because upgrading is WAY too expensive.. If you don't want to wait a week to destroy just one bandit camp..:(

wow, talk about a string of negative and tenous statements there.

Software companies do not go out of their way to disinform or lie to players. If they state buff lasts x mins, if it dosnt it usually is due to bugs not some weird conspiracy.

Still, the game is perfectly playable without buying a single gem- if you are willing to trade for items (which might slow u down as well) you can get any item that gem buyers can get without much problem. even without that, youc an get enough licenses by using gem rewards in game.

And as to upgrading- these are one off cost and the more you level or play adventures, the less of an issue they become anyway.

I'm so upset, because I have lost SO many materials due to game bugs, when upgrading. They should fix it asap because I have paid so much to the game already. Today I lost an extra license.. I have already spent 30 euros to the game and I'm beginning to think if this was worth it or not.:( One cost games are WAY more cheaper and relaxed, than this one I think. Game is simply not enjoyable if you don't spend any money in it..

And as for free gem rewards, you earn 45 gems a week. Give me a break? So you have played this game 14 weeks already to earn needed 650 gems to buy 10 more building licenses? Game would be enjoyable when you would have 10 more licenses /sector. Because upgrading is really expensive, especially when I have to move my buildings away, because I located them wrong at the beginning.. I'm thinkin how many players actually there is who have spent hundreds and hundreds of euros to this game.. I don't think this is a good thing.

This is really clever game, because at the beginning you think by 10 euros you get so much. But it is a bottomless well. Everything good costs more and more money. Maybe even more, when you advance.. You could easily lose all you money on little income, if not careful. I haven't even bought any decoratives yet or extra scouts or any extra stuff i would some like to. You still have to play online every day to advance at all, so you have to either play the game that sucks, or enjoy it and pay a LOT.

I think it's still great, if someone can enjoy without spending any money in it. It must be a special talent I don't got.:confused:

In the beginning page they tell I should contact bugs in this forum. But nobody really ubisoft person is here to answer the questions about the bugs. Only fanatic players who get upset, if you complain anything of the bugs.:confused: It would be reassuring if I would even know they are fixing the bugs people report here and reading this forum.

I have reported the Bugs and like many have mentioned I have had no reply, it appears that as long as people are buying Gems and playing the game then those of us who do not want to waist money just to get a 10 min boost to building army's or extra licences ETC, are just forgotten about. this for me is what make a good game unplayable. admins should read the forum and understand the anger and frustration about the game, or employ some one who could do it and just pass on the Bugs and problems to the admins.... any way I will see if I get an answer soon as it has been 4 days up to now.

i havent spend one euro yet on the game, but i always got answer from support tickets, sometimes it takes longer due to lots of pending tickets and issues (like when a bug comes etc0 which all need to be dealt with. Think the max time i waited for answer was around 6 or so days (also i don;t expect support to be active or hugely active on weekends, so best dont expect much then)

Still- i dont get the remarks by taija about licenses and such. Every sector you win you DO get 10 licenses extra- they are in your star menu *(star symbol middle bottom of the screen) in the buff tab- click the 10 licence symbol and then click on your mayor mansion and you should get 10 license added to your total licenses

The star menu is your friend really- all rewards go in there

I can assure you that no such "scams" are planned by Ubisoft or BluByte :o
This appears to be a bug but I would like to have more details on what exactly happened to your town. Did you watch the buffs as they disappeared? Did you check your resources and deduced that they had stopped after a certain time? Are you sure your buildings had enough resources to keep working with the buffs running?

Otherwise, yes, contacting support is your best bet, and you'll have to be patient as our Support guys don't work during the weekend (so Mondays and Tuesdays are pretty frantic for them as they try to catch up with the tickets sent over the weekend). But whatever the case, you WILL get an answer eventually ;)

Without upgrading production is production is so slow in the beginning ( it is expensive), that's why I bought extra licenses. I don't want to wait whole week to build an armies.. In the long run it is quite beneficial, because you have more production. I know about licenses already in the game when conquering sector (i'm not so "idiot", Qualan..):rolleyes:

did i call u an idiot in this thread? - you give confusing information about 10 license per sector and needing to buy licenses etc etc and needing a week to attack 1 camp.

either you are exagerating a lot and a dramaqueen, which by the amount of complaints you have, starts to look likely or u dont get the game. I know few people that need a week to gear up to attack bandit camps in the easy sectors and most get through tutorial and get around lvl 19/20 around a week into the game. Most don;t need extra licenses untill later on and a fair few just buy noble deeds later on in the game to free up licenses.

I just pointed you to starmenu in case u didnt know the licenses were in there- but never mind- find your own way and keep complaining about how much you sepnt and how unfair it all is compared to other games or servers
