Level up ??

is there a list where i can find the rewards for leveling up i like to know if i get another 10 building licence after level 32

After level 32, you earn gems when you level up. How you spend those gems is upto you. Buying licences with them is a good idea.

170 gems after lvl 32, so that comes down to 10 licenses each 6 levels (which I strongly recommend over all the single-use stuff in the store).
