View Full Version : How do you attack in 2 waves?
Sorry, if this is a stupid question, but how do you attack in 2 waves with 2 generals? Most importantly is there a good and accurate combat simulator to calculate losses in 2 waves. Can the generals die? What happens then?
Do the game count 2 generals attack as one attack or just after you have lost all your first camps troops and possibly also your first general, which would suck. I'm worried about attacking, because I don't wan't to buy new generals if my attack fails..
Basic awnser in the Q&A topic.
for the rest look at the combat guides here on forums and the important links.
all info you are looking for is availlable
First of all, waves
As far as i am concerned, there are no "wave attack" in this game; To my (humble) understanding a wave attack is when 2 or more armies attack one enemy simultuaniously, this does no aplay to TSO. in TSO the only time when your seccond army will attack is when the first one is dead, therefore the next, badly called, wave, is no more that a separated attack.

use that link for your simulations, and no the general dont die, but he need 4 hours rest before is ready for his next task.

I guess you've never seen waves on the beach. They don't attack the beach simultaneously but one after the other. Just like the waves in game.
even the waves on the beach "land" before the previous one recedes.
my point of view anyway
ps
according to the "wave symdrome" here if the seccond attack ocurs lets say, in 2 days, is still a wave...i dont know what beaches have you looked at, but were i come from, the waves arrive one after another, when not various at the same time.
but i may be wrong.
even on that beach of yours, the "waves" will reach land when the sand is still at least humid. In TSO the seccond wave (if there is a boss) will hit dry land= freshly baked boss.
yeah, i may be wrong
Thanks for clearing that up.
I think it's very lazy and cowardice for the other generals to just stand around with their thumbs up their butts while their friends are being slaughtered by that fat tree guy and his dogs.
