I have been getting this message for almost a week "[10:25] News: Chat server login failed" when i log in.

i have sent 2 notes to support and have not received any response.

i'm a bit of a lurker so not being able to chat isnt the end of the world for me
(though i do like to speak with my guild).

but i am not able to trade which is really starting to bother me, being that i have spent some $$

help please.....i have tried loggin out and back in, clearing my cache etc etc. i play from work and at home and it is the same on both pc's runnin windows7, latest version of firefox.

This is very weird... I've never heard of the chat not coming back up after the player tried the cache&cookie clear.
If you could provide me with the ticket numbers I'll poke support for you and ask them to get back to you ASAP.

i dont have a ticket number, i sent a message through the following page http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support, i have a feeling i goofed. Though i have spoke with a member of my guild who is friendly with a mod who said i was probably banned because of the last part of my name "weed". I did sent a note about changing my name to ProfXavier but again i believe i am reporting and requesting things through the wrong page, can you point me in correct direction?

everything is back to normal.....name has been changed.....ban is gone TY BB!
