Server call failed

Hi I'm connecting from western Australia

I'm a network technician and my internet is working fine

however I can not stay logged in since the Easter egg patch

after a short period I get server call failed

it keeps happening

Same problem from the top side of the hemisphere. Trying to open the game again, "press ok to refresh the client" - Crash!

Happened during my 2nd Easter mission.

Connecting from South Australia... same thing... and it's a pity having to refresh the game constantly because i'm enjoying it.

I do also get the occasional "Chat Server" error too...

I'm getting the same , network is ok, internet connection is ok , I have updated mozila,flash player, java, directx .

Tech guys , please respond , this is really frustrating , I really want to play this game !

I have been disconnected 3 times this morning and for 1hour last night I could not get on at all and also was given the Server Failed Message too. I too have checked my internet connection and have tried using other browsers and this does not change the outcome. It would be nice to be given a reason for this.

Hi Guys,

Have you tried emptying your cache and cookies or updating your version of flash? This usually works...
If not, make sure you send a ticket to support about it.

I have done the cookies and cache thing............it makes no difference whatso ever.......Still can't play the game for more than 2 minutes before i get the message reconnect.

I started playing it today only. The game displays server call failed every 2 minutes. Is it a regular thing with this game or just for today?? Its really annoying.

Got the same problem after updating to IE9, tried clearing cookies and cache, didn't help. Updated java flash... didn't help...

Yesterday was fine; today I keep getting this error. You need to improve server reliability if you wish to take this game past beta. Hope so, as I am enjoying it so far.

I have the same problem, can't play for more than 2-3 minutes at a time. Everything is updated. What next?

I have the same problem. Its fine if I play during the day or late at night (when I should be working/sleeping) but early evenings are a non-starter. Shame as I like the game, but if it doesn't improve I will be leaving.
